Baby bird joins Wimbledon patrol

A fledgling peregrine falcon is in training to become part of a team of birds that keeps pigeons away from the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

Comedian and animal lover Sean Hughes goes hunting for London's wildlife. On his journey around the capital he comes eyeball to eyeball with its fastest creature the two hundred an hour Peregrine Falcon, owned by Avian Con trol Systems he sees endangered bats in Hammersmith and goes down the east end's river Lee to meet London's shyest creature; the otter. Along the way, Sean meets experts and volunteers who are helping London's wildlife and discovers how we can all help London's wild animals.

Avian control systems are responsible for the bird control at Wimbledon.
